Harvard Student Access

Students

The facility is available as a complimentary privilege to all Harvard University students registered in a Harvard degree program. Students must complete the membership application within the Flex registration page before entering the Athletic Facility. After completing the one-time registration process, students must scan their Harvard University ID card at the security desk each time they visit the Athletic Facility. The security officer will then confirm the student’s privileges and allow access or restrict access. We will not be responsible for cards left at the facility. No one under the age of 18 will be admitted into the facility.

Guests

Members may invite guests to use the facility but the management reserves the right to refuse guests at its discretion. A member may host a maximum of one guest per day. All guests must be 18 years of age or older, submit a valid form of ID to the security officer, and be accompanied by a member at all times while using the facility. It is the member's responsibility to ensure that guests are aware of, and follow the center's rules and regulations. Guests are required to read and sign the Terms of Use form provided by the security officer.

The host member must have a credit card on file within their Flex membership management account. When a member brings a guest to the facility, the security officer will confirm the guest’s eligibility to use the Athletic Facility. Within 48 hours, the Athletics Director will notify the member that they will be charged $10 from their credit card.
