Harvard Employees, Faculty, and Staff
Harvard employees, faculty, and non-paid Harvard appointees may join the Vanderbilt Hall Athletic Facility online.
Memberships are non-transferable, and may only be canceled according to the terms of the contract. Details are found on the application form. All members and their guests must be at least 18 years of age. Memberships are $42 per month. A valid Harvard Photo ID card is required to join.

Guests
Members may invite guests to use the facility but the management reserves the right to refuse guests at its discretion. A member may host a maximum of one guest per day. All guests must be 18 years of age or older, submit a valid form of ID to the security officer, and be accompanied by a member at all times while using the facility. It is the member's responsibility to ensure that guests are aware of, and follow the center's rules and regulations. Guests are required to read and sign the Terms of Use form provided by the security officer.
The host member must have a credit card on file within their Flex membership management account. When a member brings a guest to the facility, the security officer will confirm the guest’s eligibility to use the Athletic Facility. Within 48 hours, the Athletics Director will notify the member that they will be charged $10 from their credit card.
