Harvard Employees, Faculty, Staff, and Other Eligible Members
Harvard employees, faculty, staff and other eligible members may join the Vanderbilt Hall Athletic Facility online.
Harvard employees, faculty, and staff with an active HUID and active Harvard role may join the Vanderbilt Hall Athletic Facility.
Individuals who have, or are eligible to claim, a HarvardKey may also be eligible for membership.
Non-paid Harvard appointees and affiliates, Harvard-sponsored role holders, Extension School students, Harvard contractors, family members, and others may join if they have an active HSR. A valid Harvard photo ID is required to join.
Membership Rates
• Harvard employees, faculty, and staff: $44 per month
• Non-paid Harvard appointees and affiliates: $65 per month
• Harvard-sponsored roles: $65 per month
• Extension School students: $65 per month
• Harvard contractors: $65 per month
Individuals with only Library Borrower status are not eligible for membership. All members and their guests must be at least 18 years of age. Memberships are non-transferable, and may only be canceled according to the terms of the contract.
Student Access
Guests
Members may invite guests to use the facility but the management reserves the right to refuse guests at its discretion. A member may host a maximum of one guest per day. All guests must be 18 years of age or older, submit a valid form of ID to the security officer, and be accompanied by a member at all times while using the facility. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that guests are aware of, and follow the center’s rules and regulations. Guests are required to read and sign the Terms of Use form provided by the security officer.
The host member must have a credit card on file within their Flex membership management account. When a member brings a guest to the facility, the security officer will confirm the guest’s eligibility to use the Athletic Facility. Within 48 hours, the Athletics Director will notify the member that they will be charged $10 from their credit card.
