Harvard Employees, Faculty, and Staff
Harvard employees, faculty, and non-paid Harvard appointees may join the Vanderbilt Hall Athletic Facility online.
Memberships are non-transferable, and may only be canceled according to the terms of the contract. Details are found on the application form. All members and their guests must be at least 18 years of age. Annual memberships are $504 (July through June). The annual rate is prorated monthly. A valid Harvard Photo ID card is required to join. Payroll deduction is an option only for full-time Harvard employees. Payroll deduction is available to full-time Harvard employees who receive benefits through Harvard University. Student Access
Guests
Members may bring guests to the facility by purchasing Crimson Cash. Your Harvard ID acts as a debit card to pay for your guest's visit. All guests must submit a valid form of ID, be 18 years or older, and be accompanied by the member at all times. When a member brings a guest to the facility, the security officer will slide the member's card through the card reader and deduct $10.00. The management reserves the right to limit or refuse guests at its discretion. Limit one guest, per member, per day. All guests are required to read and sign the Vanderbilt Hall Athletic Facility Terms of Use.
