Vanderbilt Hall: Vanderbilt Hall is a traditional residence hall (dorm) style community managed by Harvard University Housing (HUH) with single occupancy rooms and shared kitchens and bathrooms. Typically, around 80% of our first- year students choose to live in Vanderbilt Hall. Vanderbilt Hall is located across the street from the Medical Education Center, offering convenience and community among your peers. HUH will reach out to first-year students in May regarding details for Vanderbilt selection.
If you are interested in living in Vanderbilt Hall or other non-dorm Harvard University Housing options, applications for the 2025-2026 academic year will open on March 1, and can be found on Harvard University Housing’s website here: HUH Application. The application is not a contract, and no deposit or fees are required.
