Fast-growing Steward Health Care has hired away Arvind Agnihotria, HMS assistant professor of surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital. Agnihotria will oversee cardiac surgery at Steward’s largest hospital, St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Brighton, starting Oct. 1.
