Hooman Noorchashm, lecturer on surgery at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Amy Reed, instructor in anaesthesia at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, have launched a campaign against a surgical procedure known as morcellation, which may have spread a dangerous form of uterine cancer in Reed.
