With George Church and Isaac Kohane

What is precision medicine? Who will have access to it? Who’s going to pay for it? How will it affect patient privacy? As part of HUBweek, Harvard Medical School hosted a spirited discussion to answer these and other questions on the topic of precision medicine. The Oct. 7, 2015, event was moderated by WBUR Reporter Martha Bebinger and featured faculty members George M. Church, PhD ’84, Robert Winthrop Professor of Genetics, founder of the Personal Genome Project, and founding member of the Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering, and Isaac S. Kohane, MD, PhD, chair of the Department of Biomedical Informatics and professor of pediatrics and health sciences and technology.
