Student Perspectives

Students in the Master of Medical Sciences in Clinical Investigation program are already embedded in research and clinical environments, and come to the program at a moment when they are ready to move from participation to leadership. They are physicians and scientists who want the skills, mentorship, and intellectual framework needed to design their own studies, ask clinically meaningful questions, and carry research projects from idea to impact. Drawn from institutions around the world, the cohort brings a range of disciplinary training and lived experience that shapes how problems are defined and how evidence is interpreted. The perspectives below reflect how these students think about clinical research as both a scientific practice and a responsibility.
