What was the path to your current role at HMS?
My path started more than a decade ago when I first joined the Office for Sponsored Programs as a Financial Analyst. As a central administrator, I enjoyed working collaboratively with departments in post award management. This lead to joining the department of genetics as a senior grants manager. I loved working with the faculty, postdocs, grad students, and all the lab members. We are like a one big family.
What is your favorite place on or near the HMS campus?
My favorite spot is the quad lawn. When I need to decompress after a long day, I love sitting on the bench to enjoy the sight of the Gordon Hall. It makes me appreciate the beautiful HMS campus and all the amazing research we are doing at our school.
What is your favorite way to relax, unwind, and recharge?
My favorite way to relax and unwind is to cook up some delicious food and have a family meal with my kids.
