What movie, television show, play/musical would you recommend to others?
“Succession.” It’s a masterfully written and acted show about a fictional multimedia conglomerate that covers everything from family drama to corporate politics in a very Shakespearean way. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a little insight into a dysfunctional family and the business world, which is a nice break from medicine sometimes.

What’s something you’ve learned about yourself during your time at HMS?
I’ve learned to love quiet time alone. I sneak away from my lab at lunch, when I can, to sit on the Quad and enjoy the quiet rustling of the trees (not in winter obviously).
What is your most treasured possession or HMS memento?
An HMS mug I won by singing karaoke at the fall HMS postdoc party. “Don't Stop Me Now” by Queen never fails!
