What experience has shaped your time at HMS?
As an obstetric anesthesiologist at Beth Israel Deaconess, I had the privilege of being part of the lives of my patients and their families at a most powerful and personal time. Being both a witness and a participant in these moments shaped how I understand, appreciate, and celebrate our imperfect humanity. The lessons I learned on Labor and Delivery shaped who I am and my work as a dean, educator, and social entrepreneur.
