Trick or treaters beware: Chocolate isn't as healthy as you might think

Harvard Women’s Health Watch from Harvard Medical School says that though chocolate has been touted for its benefits in reducing heart disease and dementia, the links haven’t been proven in large-scale studies, and the health benefits are overstated. JoAnn Manson (Brigham and Women’s) and Howard Sesso (Brigham and Women’s) led the research.
