In order to improve treatment strategies for common conditions among former football players, the Football Players Health Study—led by a team of Harvard researchers — launched a smartphone app, TeamStudy. The app has two tracks, a survey of former NFL players to determine the health issues of greatest concern, and a simultaneous effort to find ways of addressing those issues.
