Each year, several foundations provide crucial funding support through fellowships and grants to HMS faculty members and postdoctoral fellows early in their research careers. Interested investigators must first apply to be nominated by Harvard through the HMS Foundation Funds; a committee selects candidates, who may then submit applications. This year, the foundations include:
AXA Research Fund Postdoctoral Fellowship
Bullock Wellman Postdoctoral Fellowship
Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation Clinical Investigator Award
Dana Foundation Program in Brain and Immuno-imaging
Dana Foundation Program in Neuroimmunology of Brain Infections and Cancers
Ellison New Scholars Program in Aging
Macy Faculty Scholars Program
Mary Kay Innovative/Translational Cancer Research Award
Packard Fellowships in Science and Engineering
Rita Allen Faculty Scholars Award
Updated information on awards offered this fall is available at this website.
