The Growing Up Digital (GUD) Alberta project will follow thousands of kids into adulthood to learn about their media exposure and trace their educational, medical and developmental outcomes to finally start answering questions about the effects of digital media. Michael O. Rich, associate professor of pediatrics at Boston Children’s Hospital, is leading the research.
