Anne Fabiny, HMS assistant professor of medicine and chief of geriatrics at Cambridge Health Alliance, is this year’s recipient of the Nancy P. Kahn Community Service Award from Somerville-Cambridge Elder Services, which recognizes community service professionals who are strong advocates for older adults and show commitment to interagency collaboration.
