Ayres Heller, EdM

Ayres Heller is the Associate Director of the program and has been with the program since its inception in 2014. She provided the administrative leadership required to first establish the program and to continually develop it from year to year. In her role as Associate Director, she manages all program facets and, along with the Faculty Director, works on strategic visioning for the program. In addition, she collaborates with other HMS master’s programs, the HMS Office for Graduate Education, and other Harvard program partners. Ms. Heller has years of experience working in higher education at Harvard University, specifically in creating new initiatives and in leading academic programs. Ms. Heller obtained a master’s degree in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, now a partner program of the MMSc in Medical Education.
