It was 2009 when Rudy Tanzi, the Joseph P. and Rose F. Kennedy Professor of Child Neurology at Massachusetts General Hospital, was asked to appear in a GQ magazine photo shoot for a campaign called “Rock Stars of Science.” Tanzi, best known for his work on discovering genes linked to Alzheimer’s disease is also known for his musical talents.
