What are the Longwood Seminars?

Each spring, Harvard Medical School offers a series of four science and health educational seminars free of charge and open to the general public in the heart of Boston’s Longwood Medical Area.

Seminar topics are selected from a list of suggestions from prior seminar attendees. Meant to appeal to a wide audience, faculty from Harvard Medical School and its affiliate hospitals volunteer their time to present these lectures to the community.

This is a great opportunity to learn and hear from Harvard Medical School faculty on a broad range of topics. Attendees, both in Boston and online, will also have a chance to pose questions to the experts.
