Finally, I would like to emphasize the importance we place on community. Our program, with approximately 40 students from various countries around the world, fosters a close-knit environment. To sustain this community spirit, we offer a range of activities, such as the Rapid RIME: learn about ongoing education research occurring at HMS, thesis project presentations, career conferences, holiday team building games, our annual in-person Boston visit with sightseeing, museum visits, breakfasts with faculty, alumni dinners, HMS class observations, and simulation center visits. We believe in dedicated and hard work, while ensuring you balance your training with your professional and personal life.
I hope you enjoy exploring our website and learning more about our program. As a medical educator, research scientist, and faculty director of our program, I could not be more enthusiastic about the future of health professions education. Building on your expertise in medicine and providing you with opportunities in medical education research, we are uniquely positioned to make an impact on the training of the next generation of health care professionals. We hope to inspire you to fully engage in this process and make a long-lasting impact on the future of health professions education.
