REGISTRATION AND TICKETING

How do I register for Reunion?
There are two easy ways to register:
Online, by credit card:  From your class web page, access your secure class registration site. You will need your HarvardKey to login. 
Mail, by check:  From your class web page, click on the link under “Mail, by check” to print out your class registration form and return it with a check to the address indicated.

If you are unable to access your class web page, please call the Alumni Office at (617) 384-8520 to request a paper copy by mail.

What does it cost to attend Reunion?
Costs will vary for Reunion attendees depending on what you select to attend. There is one registration fee for each registration. Complete pricing information is available on the registration form. Visit your class web page to access those documents.

What does my registration fee pay for?  
The registration fee is charged to offset Reunion costs, including but not limited to, breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday, and trolley service to and from campus on Thursday and Friday.

  • $80 early registration (through April 21)
  • $90 regular registration (April 22–May 24) 
  • $110 late/on-site registration (May 25)

Can I bring my family to Reunion?
We encourage you to bring your family to Boston! Check out all the great things they can do while you're attending Reunion by visiting the family and friends activities web page. Activities include a Fenway Park tour, Boston Duck Tour, shopping in Back Bay, and general admission tickets to three outstanding Boston Museums.

If I am already registered, how do I add additional events or guests to my registration?  
Please call the Alumni Office at (617) 384-8520 for a special registration website where you can add events or guests to your current registration.

Will I receive a registration confirmation?  
Yes, you will receive written confirmation via email (if you register online), or by mail (if you register with a check).   

Will I receive any tickets in advance? 
No, tickets will not be mailed before Reunion. Please pick up your nametag, tickets, and registration packet at check-in when you first arrive on campus.

Do I need anything to participate in events that do not indicate “tickets required”?
Your nametag is your admission to events that do not require tickets.

What if I have to cancel my Reunion registration? 
If you cancel in writing before May 26, a full refund (less a $20 handling fee) will be made. If you cancel after May 26, we cannot guarantee a full refund because commitments and payments may have already been made and cannot be refunded.

What hotels do you recommend?
We have set aside blocks of discounted rooms at three local hotels: Four Seasons Hotel Boston, The Revere Hotel, and The Inn at Longwood. To check hotel locations and rates, please click here.

Where do I check-in?
Upon arrival, please pick up your nametag, tickets, and registration packet at check-in.

Your nametag is your admission to events that do not require tickets.

What do I do if I arrive on campus after check-in closes on Thursday, can I still check-in at the Gala?
Yes, you will be able to pick up your registration packet at the Gala on Thursday evening.

SCHEDULE

Where do I find the Reunion schedule for my class? 
Click here to access your class web page. Click on the schedule link for a printable schedule and event details.

Where do I find the exact room locations for on-campus events? 
Room locations for on-campus events will be in the brochure you receive at check-in.

When are Class Photos taken?
Class photos are taken the evening of Thursday, June 1 at the Reunion Gala. Your class photos will be taken at a pre-determined time during the reception. You can pre-order an 8x10 print for $25 or pay $30 on-site.

TRANSPORTATION

Is parking available on campus?
Limited discounted parking is available in the Harvard Medical School garage, located at 77 Avenue Louis Pasteur, for $10 a day from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. Registration is required to reserve your spot.

Is there transportation between the hotels and campus?
An Old Towne Trolley identified by HMS/HSDM Reunion banners, will operate between campus and the Four Seasons Hotel/The Revere Hotel Thursday and Friday, starting at 8 a.m. Pick-up and departure times and locations are will be posted soon.

Is transportation provided to my class events? 
Transportation to and from class events is not provided unless indicated. Please refer to the printable schedule and event details posted on your class web page for directions, parking information, and transportation to all your class events.

How do I get directions to a Reunion event at a classmate’s home?
Due to our privacy policy, we will not post the address or directions to a classmate’s home on public class web pages. An email with directions and parking information will be sent to all registered attendees by Friday, May 26.

Who is attending Reunion from my class?
A listing of all registered attendees, (unless opted out) will be posted online on the attendee page.

Can I request special meals because of dietary restrictions?
Please indicate any dietary restrictions for you and your guest(s) when registering. 

Can you accommodate special access needs?
Please indicate any special needs for you and your guest(s) when registering. We will do our best to accommodate them. If you have specific questions before you register, please call the Alumni Office at (617) 384-8520.

Is child care available?
