HMS will remain open on Monday, Jan. 26. Staff who can work remotely are strongly encouraged to do so.
The Countway Library building will be closed; library staff will be available remotely.
For staff whose work requires them to be on campus, those who are unable to work due to family obligations or commuting challenges should contact their manager to discuss remote work options or the use of personal or vacation time.
Managers are encouraged to exercise discretion in allowing early departures or other accommodations for employees who may face challenging commutes or personal obligations, such as childcare or school closings.
Updates regarding MD, PhD, and master’s courses held on the Quad will be posted on Canvas. Questions about other activities should be directed to the relevant program administrator or event organizer.
