
![]() Daniel G. Ennis, Executive Dean for AdministrationDaniel Ennis, former Associate Vice President for Finance and Financial Planning for Harvard, was named Harvard Medical School Executive Dean for Administration in September 2007. Ennis has held several positions in the University’s Finance Office since he came to Harvard in 2003. In his role as director of Harvard’s Office of Budgets, Financial Planning and Institutional Research, he was responsible for evaluating proposed operating and capital budgets for the University and tuition changes on behalf of the President, Provost, and CFO. Additional financial leadership responsibilities included oversight of financial planning for the Allston campus development. Ennis is also a Harvard alum, graduating with a Master of Business
Administration from Harvard Business School and a Master in Public
Administration from Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. He currently serves
on the Alumni Advisory Board. Before joining the Finance Office he worked
at McKinsey & Company, a management consulting firm, where he led
a strategic review of Harvard’s central administration. |
