HMS Media Services

The Mission of the IT Media Services Group is to provide innovative audio/visual technical support and consultation services which enhance communication and collaboration in the education, research and administration community at HMS.

Media Services supports all venues scheduled through the HMS Room Scheduling Department. Audio/Visual services can be requested via the Room Scheduling Request form located on eCommons or separately via the Media Services Request form also located on eCommons.

Services we offer include:

• Presentation Support (Computer Projection and Sound re-inforcement)
• Video and Audio Recording Services
• Encoding and Hosting Services
• Videography
• Video Post Production
