Eligibility requirements: Applicants must have an MD, PhD, MBBS, DMD, DDS, DO or PharmD degree.

Deadline: Applications for the GCSRT Certificate Program for 2013-2014 are due June 1, 2013. All materials must be received by this date.

Cost: Early registration for 2013-2014 is $10,500 and ends April 15, 2013. Normal registration is $10,900. This includes fees for all four modules (Summer, Fall, Winter, and Spring). Fees do not include books, supplies, or software.

Payments: Tuition payments can be made in any one of the three following ways:

Checks: The GCSRT will accept bank checks, money orders, personal checks, and company checks made payable to Harvard Medical School.

Wire Transfer: For payments that must be drawn on foreign banks, the program recommends wire transfers be made. Please contact our office for further instructions regarding wire transfer payments.
